The working principle of the zirconia analyzer is that when the measured gas (flue gas) enters the inner side of the zirconia tube through the sensor, the reference gas (air) enters the outer side of the sensor through natural convection, when the oxygen concentration inside and outside the zirconium tube is different. Oxygen concentration potential is generated inside and outside the zirconia tube (in the case of reference gas determination, the oxygen concentration potential output by zirconia is a function of the operating temperature of the sensor and the concentration of the measured gas) The zirconia analyzer measures The electromotive force of the oxygen concentration difference is converted into a standard signal with a linear relationship with the oxygen content of the measured flue gas through the display instrument for display and output.
